The founder and President of Mont Surfaces by Mont Granite, Inc., Dinesh Bafna started his business in a small warehouse in 1989. With his dedication and a strong sense of business, he has expanded into eight divisions across Midwest. 

Dinesh Bafna's reputation across the industry is of an accomplished professional, who brings strong organizational skills, efficiency in productivity and commitment. Not only does he believe in building value-based relationships with his clients and customers, he ensures that he leads his staff by example. In order to mentor them effectively, he constantly upgrades himself technically. His supervision skills to lead strategy, people management and lead change management programs are highly appreciated by his peers.

Dinesh Bafna was born on August 24, 1964, and graduated from Bowling Green State University. He is married to Sangita Bafna and has two sons, Kunaal and Kurren Bafna. 

He is a strong believer in ethics and meets the requirements of clients to their satisfaction. It is his commitment and optimistic approach that has helped him take his business to great heights.
